Arion

Arion in Balewadi appears to be Mont Vert's project, also marketed as "Codename Wings." It has 4 towers of 17 storeys each, about 272 units on 2.8 Acres, and is listed as pre-launch under RERA No. PR1261012600090. Listings pitch it as luxury 3 BHK homes starting from ₹1.80 Cr, with modern amenities and good connectivity in a fast-growing part of Pune. Balewadi is a sought-after west Pune micro-market, and Arion competes with many other new launches nearby. Since it is still pre-launch, treat prices and possession dates as indicative until you see the final RERA details.
